I started small with just a few trays of microgreens, but as more and more people discovered the benefits of these nutrient-packed greens, I expanded my offerings to include a variety of microgreens such as arugula, radish, amaranth, and shiso. I also offer a range of preserves including jams, pickles, and sauces.
